摘  要:中厚板轧机自动化控制系统水平决定着中厚板产线的工艺装备和产品水平。长期以来我国中厚板轧机自动化控制系统依赖进口,价格昂贵且核心工艺软件为黑箱,后期的系统优化和产品开发困难。为了解决上述问题,东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室开发出具有完全知识产权的中厚板轧机自动化化控制系统。介绍了该系统的核心技术,其采用多层级分布式自动化控制系统架构,选用通用控制系统硬件,应用虚拟化系统平台,对自动化系统进行合理的功能结构设计,满足了中厚板产线工艺控制要求;采用自适应控制技术,解决了中厚板非稳态轧制过程的厚度精度问题;基于机器视觉技术,实现了中厚板轧制过程的平面形状、自动转钢、镰刀弯和翘扣头的智能化控制。开发的中厚板轧机自动化控制系统和相关控制技术已经在国内20余条中厚板生产线上推广和应用,每年可为企业创造数十亿的经济效益。The level of automatic control system for plate mill determines the process equipment and product level of the plate production line. In China, automation control system for plate mill is provided by foreign companies for a long time, the price is expensive and the core process software is black box. It′s difficult for later system optimization and product development. In order to solve the above problems, the automatic control system for plate mill with complete intellectual property rights has been developed by RAL of Northeastern University. The core technology of the system was introduced. The multi-layer distributed automatic control system architecture was adopted, general control system hardware was selected, virtualization system platform was applied and the functional structure of automation system was reasonable designed. These jobs can better meet the process control requirements of the plate production line. Adaptive control technology was used to solve the problem of thickness accuracy in unsteady plate rolling process. Based on machine vision technology, the intelligent control of plan view pattern, automatic plate turning, plate camber and head warping in rolling process was realized. The developed automatic control system and related control technology of plate mill had been applied in more than 20 plate production lines, which could create billions of economic benefits for enterprises every year.
