摘  要:钢板平面形状的高精度控制是提高宽厚板生产成材率的关键,然而平面形状测量手段的缺乏,使得产品生产过程中的平面形状控制异常困难。依托国内某4 300 mm宽厚板产线,研制了钢板平面形状在线检测装置,实现了钢板平面轮廓形状的精确测量,宽度检测精度达到±2 mm,长度方向检测误差小于5‰,侧弯量检测精度达±5 mm,头尾不规则变形区检测精度达±2 mm。同时,基于视觉测量结果,开发了宽厚板平面形状CPS智能优化系统,在信息空间建立起宽厚板平面形状的准确映射。通过在信息空间中的优化计算与决策,对物理空间的组板、轧制和剪切关键工序参数进行优化控制和动态调整,实现了宽厚板“组板-轧制-剪切”的多工序优化控制。该系统的成功应用,使得产线工序间协同效率得到了有效提升,有效提高了宽厚板产线的综合成材率和生产效率,同时降低了生产成本。The high precision control of plane shape is the key to improve the yield of wide and heavy plate. However, the lack of measurement means of plane shape makes it extremely difficult to control during the production process. Based on the practice of a 4 300 mm wide and heavy plate production line in China, an on-line plane shape detection instrument for plate was developed, which realized the accurate measurement of plane shape of plates, with the detection accuracy of ±2 mm in width direction, less than 5‰ error in length direction, detection accuracy of ±5 mm in camber, and ±2 mm in head and tail irregular deformation area. Meanwhile, based on the visual measurement results, the CPS intelligent optimization system for plane shape of wide and heavy plates was developed, and an accurate mapping of plane shape of wide and heavy plates was established in the information space. Through the optimal calculation and decision in the information space, the parameters of the key processes of plate assembly, rolling and shearing in the physical space were optimally controlled and dynamically adjusted. The multi-process optimization control of “plate assembly-rolling-shearing” of wide and heavy plate was achieved. The successful application of this system had effectively improved the synergy between the processes of the production line, effectively improved the comprehensive yield and production efficiency of the production line of wide and heavy plates and reduced the cost.
