摘 要:为提高高强双面搪瓷钢的抗鳞爆性能及力学性能,采用光学显微镜、电子探针、透射电镜、拉伸试验机、摆锤式冲击试验机和金属氢渗透性能测试仪等设备,研究了热轧、模拟搪烧工艺对搪瓷钢显微组织、力学性能和氢渗透行为的影响规律。结果表明:热轧态钢板的显微组织主要为不规则多边形铁素体和片层状珠光体,在铁素体晶界处和晶粒内部存在大量游离的渗碳体;经两次模拟搪烧后,钢板的屈服强度大于335 MPa,抗拉强度大于429 MPa,氢渗透时间大于8 min;终轧温度为830℃时,搪烧后钢板抗鳞爆性能较好,且具有较好的力学性能,满足使用要求。In order to improve the scale explosion resistance and mechanical properties of high-strength double-enamelled plate, the effects of hot rolling and simulated enamelling process on the microstructure, mechanical properties and hydrogen permeation behavior of enamel steel were studied by means of optical microscope, electron probe, transmission electron microscope, tensile testing machine, pendulum impact testing machine and metal hydrogen permeation tester. The results show that the microstructure of hot rolled plate is mainly irregular polygonal ferrite and lamellar pearlite, and there are a lot of free cementite at ferrite grain boundaries and in grains. After two times of simulated enamelling, the yield strength of the plate is more than 335 MPa, the tensile strength is more than 429 MPa, and the hydrogen permeation time is more than 8 min. When the finishing rolling temperature is 830 ℃, the plate after enamelling has better scale explosion resistance and mechanical properties, which meet the operating requirements.
