摘 要:针对战时装备维修保障过程中随时出现突发故障及维修力量变化的情况,综合考虑维修任务的专业分类和优先级、维修力量的专业及能力负载等属性约束,依据战时装备维修任务调度需求,将动态调度过程划分为分配与规划2个阶段,构建动态调度模型,通过维修任务与维修小组的聚类过程,完成任务的初步分配,通过对禁忌搜索方法进行改进,提高模型的求解效率并完成任务规划,得到模型的最优值及对应的优化调度方案。实例验证了动态调度模型及其求解方法的正确性与可行性,说明了调度方案及模型求解方法的优越性。To address the sudden failures and changeable maintenance forces in the wartime equipment maintenance process, this paper comprehensively considers attribute constraints such as professional classification and priority of maintenance tasks, specification of maintenance forces and capacity load. According to the scheduling requirements of wartime equipment maintenance tasks, the dynamic scheduling process is divided into two stages: allocation and planning. Then, the dynamic scheduling model is built. Through the clustering process of maintenance tasks and teams, the initial allocation is completed. The tabu search method is improved to enhance model solution efficiency and optimize task planning, so as to obtain the model’s optimal value and the corresponding optimized scheduling scheme. The feasibility and effectiveness of the dynamic scheduling model and its solution method are verified by an example, and the superiority of the scheduling scheme and its solution method is authenticated.
