摘 要:为研究带壳Comp B炸药的枪击安全性,采用LS-DYNA仿真软件和Lagrange方法,对初速为720 m/s的7.62 mm弹丸进行侵彻钢板数值仿真,仿真结果与试验结果相符,表明弹丸和靶板模型的精确度较高;基于该弹丸模型、开展带壳炸药枪击数值仿真,研究了弹丸冲击不同壳体厚度炸药的响应,当壳体厚度为4 mm时,炸药反应度未达到1,仅有少量炸药发生反应,表明当壳体厚度大于等于4 mm时,初速为720 m/s的7.62 mm弹丸无法引爆炸药。分析了弹丸斜撞击装药对冲击起爆的影响,发现入射角度在0°~15°时,弹丸均能引爆炸药,当入射角度增大至20°时,炸药的反应度几乎保持在0.27左右,弹丸无法引爆炸药。In order to study the shooting safety of shell explosive Comp B, this paper adopts LS-DYNA simulation software and Lagrange method to simulate the penetration of a steel plate of 7.62 mm caliber projectile with an initial velocity of 720 m/s.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results, which shows a high accuracy of the projectile and the target plate model. Based on the parameters of the projectile model and the literature ignition growth model, this paper carries out the numerical simulation of shell explosive shooting, and studies the response of the projectile to explosives with different shell thickness.When the shell thickness is 4 mm, the explosive reactivity does not reach 1, and only a small amount of explosives reacts, indicating that when the shell thickness is greater than or equal to 4 mm, the 7.62 mm projectile with an initial velocity of 720 m/s cannot detonate the explosive.The influence of projectile charge of oblique struck on impact initiation is analyzed.It is found that, when the incident angle is between 0° to 15°, the projectile can detonate the explosive. When the incident angle increases to 20°, the reactivity of the explosive almost remains at about 0.27, and the projectile cannot detonate the explosive.
