摘 要:针对报废HTPB推进剂回收预处理过程中溶胀困难,效率不高以及溶剂的有毒有害等实际问题,根据HTPB推进剂特性对溶胀溶剂进行了选择,通过单因素条件对推进剂试样进行了溶胀试验,探讨了不同温度、不同溶剂和不同试样尺寸对HTPB推进剂溶胀效果的影响。选取的石油醚、水和乙醇形成的混合溶液体系作为溶胀溶剂,对推进剂试样的溶胀效果最好,同时微乳液体系较为稳定、毒性较小,对推进剂试样的溶胀增长比可达107.44%。实验结果表明,在一定时间内,未达到溶胀平衡时,溶胀比随着试样尺寸的减小而增加。同时,溶胀比不会随着温度的提高而提高,但是在12 h之前混合溶液对推进剂的溶胀速度随着温度的增加有着显著的提高。In view of the practical problems such as difficult swelling, low efficiency and toxic and harmful solvents in the recovery pretreatment process of discarded HTPB propellants, the swelling solvents are selected according to the characteristics of HTPB propellants, and the swelling tests of propellant samples are carried out under single factor conditions. The effects of different temperatures, solvents and sample sizes on the swelling effect of HTPB propellants are discussed. The mixed solution system formed by petroleum ether, water and ethanol as the swelling solvent has the best swelling effect on the propellant samples. Meanwhile, the microemulsion system is relatively stable and less toxic, and the swelling growth ratio of the propellant samples can reach 107.44%. The experimental results show that the swelling ratio increases with the decrease of sample size when the swelling equilibrium is not reached within a certain period of time. At the same time, the swelling ratio does not increase with the increase of temperature, but the swelling rate of the mixed solution to the propellants increases significantly with the increase of temperature before 12 h.
