摘  要:为解决装配式节段梁菱形湿接缝抗剪性能弱、接缝界面易剥离、耐久性差等诸多工程实际问题,设计了一种“干”字形超高性能混凝土(UHPC)湿接缝,采用ABAQUS有限元软件分析接缝构造形式、接缝配筋率和接缝结合面粗糙度对UHPC湿接缝界面力学性能影响规律.研究结果表明:基于Traction-Separation结合面的有限元模型可较好模拟节段梁湿接缝界面力学性能;提出的“干”字形接缝界面力学性能显著优于菱形接缝,界面切向剪应力集中面积远小于菱形接缝,正弯矩受拉区钢筋和UHPC剥离位移最大可减小约83.7%;“干”字形湿接缝界面黏结正应力并不随着配筋率增加而同比例提高,配筋率对界面切向剪应力影响呈双峰效应;湿接缝配筋率建议取4.8%;配筋率和界面粗糙度对湿接缝界面法向剥离位移影响较小,可忽略不计.In order to solve the problems of weak shear resistance,easily stripped joint interface and poor durability of diamond-shaped wet joint of fabricated segmental beam,a"干"-shaped ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)wet joint structure is designed.ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the effects of joint structure,joint reinforcement ratio and joint bond surface roughness on the mechanical properties of UHPC wet joint interface.The results show that the finite element model based on Traction-Separation bond surface can better simulate the mechanical properties of wet joint interface of segmental beam.The interfacial mechanical properties of"干"-shaped joint proposed are significantly better than those of diamond-shaped joint.The tangential shear stress concentration area of the interface is much smaller than that of the diamond-shaped joint.The maximum stripping displacement of reinforcement and UHPC in the tensile area of positive moment can be reduced by about 83.7%.The interfacial bonding normal stress of"干"-shaped wet joint does not increase in the same proportion with the increase of reinforcement ratio,and the influence of reinforcement ratio on interfacial tangential shear stress shows a bimodal effect.The reinforcement ratio of wet joint is recommended to be 4.8%.Reinforcement ratio and interfacial roughness have little effect on the normal stripping displacement of wet joint interface,which can be ignored.
