摘　　要：抑郁症是一种全球常见病,肾阳亏虚是抑郁症发病的重要机制之一,从肾论治为治疗抑郁症提供了思路。脑为“奇恒之腑”,“脑主神明”作用的发挥依赖于脑髓。中医理论认为肾藏精生髓通于脑,脑的形态结构与功能依赖于肾精的充盈与否。文章基于中医药“肾通于脑”理论,结合补肾阳中药防治抑郁症的作用机制,进而提出“肾通于脑”理论实质与小胶质细胞-下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴相互调节有关,以期为利用现代生物学手段开展中医“肾通于脑”理论开辟新途径。Depression is a common disease in the world.Deficiency of kidney yang is one of the important mechanisms of the pathogenesis of depression,which provides ideas for the treatment from kidney of depression.The brain is the‘extraordinary organ’,and the function of‘brain governing mind'depends on the brain marrow.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine believes that the‘kidney stores essence,essence promotes the formation of marrow and kidney connects to the brain',and the morphological structure and function of the brain depend on whether the kidney essence is filled or not.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of‘kidney-brain connection',combined with the mechanism of kidney yang-tonifying Chinese herbs preventing and treating depression.This paper put forward that the essence of theory of‘kidney-brain connection'is related to the microglia-HPA axis(hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis)reciprocal regulation.We hope to open up a new way for the use of modern biological means to develop the traditional Chinese medicine theory of‘kidney-brain connection’.
