摘　　要：骨质疏松症与炎症微环境密切相关,提示炎症微环境可能是骨质疏松症发病的重要机制。骨质疏松症属于中医“骨痿”范畴,肾虚作为骨质疏松症发病的核心病机,肾精亏虚,气血津液生化不足,运行无力,从而痰瘀内生,激活炎症微环境,导致骨稳态失衡,诱发骨质疏松。因此,文章从“肾主骨生髓”角度,探讨骨质疏松症炎症微环境的中医内涵。深入探讨“肾主骨生髓”理论与炎症微环境之间的现代内涵,为诠释骨质疏松症病因病机提供新视角。Osteoporosis is closely related to inflammatory microenvironment,suggesting that inflammatory microenvironment may be an important mechanism of osteoporosis.Osteoporosis belongs to the category of ‘bone flaccidity’ in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Kidney deficiency is the core pathogenesis of osteoporosis.Kidney essence deficiency,insufficient metaplasia of qi,blood and body fluid,and weak operation,resulting in endogenous phlegm and blood stasis,activating inflammatory microenvironment,leading to imbalance of bone homeostasis and inducing osteoporosis.Therefore,this paper discusses the TCM connotation of osteoporotic inflammatory microenvironment from the perspective of ‘kidney dominates bones and generates marrow’.To explore the modern connotation between the theory of‘kidney dominates bones and generates marrow'and inflammatory microenvironment,so as to provide a new perspective for interpreting the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoporosis.
