摘　　要：骶髂关节错位为临床产妇多发病常见病,易被误诊漏诊发展为慢性病,严重影响产妇的日常生活、工作学习等。进入21世纪,医学模式已从“疾病医学”逐渐转向“健康医学”,传统的针对疾病状态的研究已经不能满足人们对健康的需求,“治未病”思想已逐渐深入人心,而风险预警是实现“治未病”理念不可或缺的手段和前提。本研究基于中医状态辨识,从宏观、中观、微观等不同层面对已病态产妇进行全面、规范、准确地中医四诊信息及现代医学的体检指标采集,通过大数据统计分析形成不同危值的易患因素,最后将所得到的数据与流行病学调查所得数据相结合,建立有关的产后骶髂关节错位风险预警体系,通过对产后骶髂关节错位“已病态”的研究,实现对未病态(备孕)、欲病态(存风险孕妇)的预警作用,为产科产检、社会优生优育提供一定的参考。Sacroiliac joint dislocation is a common disease in clinical puerpera, which is easy to be misdiagnosed and developed into a chronic disease, which seriously affects puerpera’s daily life, work and study. In the 21st century, the medical model has gradually shifted from ‘disease medicine’ to ‘health medicine’, and the traditional research on disease status has been unable to meet people’s demands for health. The idea of ‘preventive treatment of disease’ has gradually been deeply rooted in people’s mind, and risk warning is an indispensable means and premise to realize the idea of ‘preventive treatment of disease’. This study based on the status of traditional Chinese medicine identification, from the macro, meso and micro level for the pathological maternal to conduct a comprehensive, standardized, accurate information four diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical check-up index collection, formed by large data statistical analysis of different latent value of susceptible factors,finally will get data combined with the data from epidemiological investigation, set up the relevant postpartum risk early warning system of sacroiliac joint malposition, through to the postpartum had ‘sick’ research of sacroiliac joint malposition, realize to not pathological(for pregnancy), to early warning role of pathological(deposit risk pregnant women), for obstetric prenatal, social eugenics provide certain reference.
