摘　　要：龙江针灸作为龙江医派的重要分支,起步虽然较晚,但成长迅速,其饱含的龙江针灸学术特色思想待挖掘、总结、传承与发展。文章对龙江针灸理论体系形成过程以及代表人物进行简要概述,并进一步总结龙江地域致病特点,归纳龙江针灸医家的学术特色思想主要表现为以下5个方面:①发皇古义,融汇新知;②中西汇通,博采众长;③手法增效,立起沉痘;④创立新穴,功效命名;⑤未病先防,既病防变。通过对龙江医派学术思想的充分挖掘,旨在不断地继承与发扬龙江针灸。As an important branch of Longjiang Medical School,Longjiang acupuncture and moxibustion started late,but it has grown rapidly.Its academic characteristics of Longjiang acupuncture and moxibustion need to be explored,summarized,inherited and developed urgently.In this paper,the formation process and representative figures of the theoretical system of acupuncture and moxibustion in Longjiang were briefly summarized,and the regional pathogenic characteristics of Longjiang were further summarized.The academic characteristics of the acupuncture and moxibustion practitioners in Longjiang were summarized in the following five aspects:OTo develop the ancient meanings and to integrate the new knowledge;②Integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,learning from others;③Technique efficiency,good curative effect;④The creation of new acupoints,efficacy naming;⑤Before the disease prevention,both disease prevention.Through the full excavation of the academic thought of Longjiang Medical School,the aim is to inherit and develop Longjiang acupuncture and moxibustion continuously.
