摘　　要：脏腑推拿遵循中医传统文化和历史发展规律,形成了各具特色的学术流派,在防治内、妇科疾病方面安全有效,临床应用广泛,总结认为脏腑推拿以“调气”理论为指导,调补元气、调畅经络/脏腑气机,综合辨证制定推拿方案,达到气调状态。其内涵的现代研究一定程度表明脏腑推拿调气是通过多途径、多层次、多方面的作用和互相影响来实现的,对理论研究的归纳和总结,重新认识推拿疗法干预起效的关键,开展全面、规范、系统的科学评价,是推拿发展应用的迫切需求,理论与实践相结合并互相检验,以期为脏腑推拿的理论和基础研究提供思路。Zang-fu tuina follows the traditional culture of traditional Chinese medicine and the law of historical development,forming academic schools with their own characteristics,safe and effective in the prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases,wide clinical application,concluded that Zang-fu tuina is guided by the theory of regulating qi',adjust the vitality,adjust meridians/viscera qi,comprehensive syndrome differentiation to develop tuina program,to achieve the state of qi regulation.Its connotation of modern research shows that viscera of tuina is adjustable qi through multi-channel,multi-level and multi-dimensional effect and influence each other,induction and summary of theoretical research,to recognize the tuina therapy intervention work key,to carry out comprehensive,standardized,scientific evaluation system.It is the urgent demand for the development and application of tuina,the combination of theory and practice and mutual examination,in order to provide ideas for the theory and basic research of Zang-fu tuina.
