摘　　要：焦虑症与恐惧症是现代社会常见精神疾病,二者的发病率在我国呈逐渐上升趋势。现代医学对焦虑症与恐惧症进行实证研究以期针对病变部位开展精准治疗,然而随着焦虑与恐惧的生物学基础之间重叠特征的发现,使得目前临床治疗药物的准确性受到质疑。中医理论认为,心肝肾与焦虑症和恐惧症的产生密切相关,且心血不足、肝郁气滞、肾精亏虚是二者病机演变过程中的共同之处,中医治疗将辨病与辨证相结合,擅长抓住疾病的相同病机采取相同的治疗方法。因此,笔者将从中医角度探寻焦虑症与恐惧症的治疗,以期弥补现代医学治疗药物的局限性,为疾病治疗提供更多可能性。Anxiety disorder and phobia are common mental illnesses in modern society, and the incidence of the two is on the rise in China. Modern medicine conducts empirical research on anxiety disorder and phobia in order to carry out precise treatment for lesions. However, the discovery of overlapping features of biological foundation between anxiety and fear calls into question the accuracy of current clinical drugs. According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory, the heart, liver and kidney are closely related to the occurrence of anxiety disorder and phobia, and the insufficiency of heart blood, liver qi stagnation,and deficiency of kidney essence are the common features in the evolution of the pathogenesis of the two. TCM treatment combines diseases differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and is good at grasping the same pathogenesis of the disease and adopting the same treatment methods. Therefore, the author will explore the treatment of anxiety disorder and phobia from the perspective of TCM, in order to make up for the limitations of modern medical treatment drugs, and provide more possibilities for disease treatments.
