基于“虚劳干血”理论探讨中医辨治癌因性疲乏

摘　　要：“虚劳干血”理论来源于《金匮要略》,病程日久、因虚致瘀、瘀而重虚、干坚难破是“虚劳干血”的主要特征。癌症具有多虚、多瘀的病理特点,因此癌因性疲乏不同于单纯的“虚劳”病,其病程具有“虚损-瘀滞-干血”的动态病理变化,符合虚劳干血的表现。临床治疗应根据癌因疲乏患者病程所处的不同阶段,分别施以补益脾肾、活血祛瘀、祛瘀生新及缓中补虚之法,方能从根本上改善患者的精神状态,提高生活质量,为肿瘤患者的后续施治打下基础。The theory of dry blood caused by consumptive disease'comes from Jinkui Yaolue.The long course of disease,blood stasis caused by asthenia of healthy energy,more severe asthenia of healthy energy caused by blood stasis,stubborn and difficult to cure are the main characteristics of dry blood caused by consumptive disease.Cancer has the pathological characteristics of asthenia of healthy energy and blood stasis.Cancer-related fatigue is different from the simple consumptive disease,its course of disease has‘asthenia of healthy energy-blood stasis-dried blood'dynamic pathological changes,which conforms the performance of‘dry blood caused by consumptive disease'.Clinical treatments should be based on the different stages of cancer-related fatigue,respectively,to tonify the spleen and kidney,activate blood,eliminate stasis to promote regeneration of blood and huan zhong bu xu,which could fundamentally improve the patient's mental state,improve the quality of life,lay the foundation of the follow-up treatments of tumor patients.
