运用“四通法”论治胆心综合征探析

摘　　要：胆心综合征是指由于胆道系统疾病神经反射引起冠状动脉收缩,导致冠状动脉供血不足,从而引起心绞痛、心律不齐,甚至心肌梗死等症状的临床综合征。其病可由油腻食物或情绪激动而诱发,解痉药物可缓解。单兆伟教授认为胆心同病,胆邪不循常道上逆于心,气血壅滞难行,痹塞不通引起缺血等症,治法宜通,临床以“通”字立法,创新性地提出“四通法”(通胆止痛、通中降浊、通窍疏邪、通郁定神)进行治疗,其在辨治胆心综合征的独到见解和丰富的临床经验值得学习和推广。Chole-heart syndrome refers to clinical syndrome of angina pectoris,arrhythmia,and even myocardial infarction caused by coronary artery contraction and nervous reflex.It can be induced by greasy food or emotional excitement,antispasmodic drugs can alleviate.SHAN Zhao-wei holds that gallbladder-heart disease caused by gallbladder evil does not follow normal way,qi and blood are stagnant and difficult to move,and blockage leads to ischemia.The therapeutic method is releasing,and the clinical therapy is based on the word‘release’,SHAN Zhao-wei innovatively put forward‘four releasing therapy':dispersing gallbladder and relieving pain,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,expelling pathogenic factors and inducing resuscitation,soothing depression and calming mind,which has obtained great clinical curative effect and worth to spread.
