摘　　要：文章概述了自身免疫性胃炎的西医学发病机制,阐述了周斌教授创新性地运用“伏邪”理论对免疫性胃炎进行分期论证,并根据各期中医病机演变规律辨证论治的临床经验。系统阐述了周斌教授在临床上对自身免疫性胃炎的诊疗思路和潜方用药经验,强调临证应早期准确诊断,分期预判病证演变规律,提前用药预防病证进展,体现了“既病防变”的“治未病”的思想,临床中取得较好疗效并有效防止自身免疫性胃炎病情进展。This article summarizes the pathogenesis of autoimmune gastritis in western medicine,and expounds the clinical experience of professor ZHOU Bin,who innovatively classified autoimmune gastritis into different stages by using the‘Fu Xie(hidden pathogen)'theory,and applied syndrome differentiation and treatment according to the pathological evolution of disease stages.This paper systematically expounds professor ZHOU's clinical thinking on diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune gastritis and his experience in using potential prescriptions.It is emphasized that clinical syndrome should be diagnosed accurately at early stages,disease evolution should be judged by stages,and disease progression should be prevented by taking medicine in advance.The above experience of professor ZHOU embodies the thought of‘prevent the progression of disease once it occurs'and‘preventive treatment of disease',which achieve good clinical effect and effectively prevent the progression of autoimmunegastritis.
