摘　　要：文章介绍了张南教授运用“利水祛湿法”治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床经验。将本病按病程和临床特点分为早期(水肿初发期)、中期(慢性迁延期)、后期(色素紊乱期),创立以“利水祛湿”为核心、辨病期与辨证论治相结合的治疗体系,运用自拟方“桂芪化湿明目散”取得较好疗效,现分期进行阐释并举案例说明,以飨同道。This article introduces the clinical experience of professor ZHANG Nan in treating central serous chorioretinopathy by using the method of draining water and eliminating dampness.Mainly dividing the disease into three stages according to the course of the disease and clinical characteristics:early stage(edema initial stage),middle stage(chronic prolongation stage)and late stage(pigment disorder stage).She established a treatment system based on the core principle of'draining water and eliminating dampness',combining the disease stages with the treatment based on pattern identification,and using Self-prepared prescription'Guiqi Huashi Mingmu Powder'.Which achieved good results in clinical practice.We now explain the theory in stages and illustrate it with cases for the reference of our colleagues.
