摘　　要：《伤寒论》是一部以六经辨证理论为基础、以经方治疾为主的经典著作。从《伤寒论》的条文记载来看,张仲景对针刺在疾病中的应用有独特的想法,认为针刺对疾病可以起到预防及增效的作用。笔者对《伤寒论》中有关针刺的条文进行总结,归纳了针刺在《伤寒论》中的特色,包括针刺治未病、针药结合、期门穴的应用及针刺的变证几方面。《伤寒论》中针刺的特色应用,开拓了医者的诊疗思路,扩大了针刺的使用范围。Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a classic book based on the syndrome differentiation theory of six meridians and focusing on the treatment of diseases with meridians.According to the records of the articles in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,ZHANG Zhong-jing has a unique idea on the application of acupuncture in diseases,and believes that acupuncture can prevent diseases and increase the efficiency of diseases.The author summarizes the provisions on acupuncture in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and summarizes the characteristics of acupuncture in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,including the prevention of disease by acupuncture,the combination of acupuncture and medicine,the application of Qimen(LR 14)and syndrome variation of acupuncture.The characteristic application of acupuncture in Treatise on Febrile Diseases opened up doctors'diagnosis and treatment thinking,and expanded the application scope of acupuncture.
