摘　　要：《黄帝内经》五音疗法思想作为中医音乐疗法思想的精髓,历经两千多年漫长的演变与发展,形成了当今世界上独具中华民族特色的音乐医疗文化现象。在长期的临床实践过程中,五音疗法以五行学说为指导,以阴阳平衡、情志相胜、五脏相音等传统中医理论为依据,借助生成的五行音乐概念,把五行与五音、五志、五脏密切联系在一起,孕育出了以五音养生法、五音情志调节法、五音五脏调治法“三位一体”的五音疗法思想体系,从而奠定了中医音乐疗法的理论和实践基础。The five-tones therapy thought of Huangdi Neijing, as the essence of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine music therapy thought, has formed a music medical culture phenomenon with unique Chinese national characteristics in the world after more than 2 000 years of long evolution and development. In the long-term clinical practice, guided by the theory of five elements, based on the balance of yin and yang, restricting of emotions, five zang organs harmonize pitch and other traditional Chinese medicine theories. What’s more, with the help of the generated concept of five elements music, the five elements are closely linked with five tones, five emotions and five zang organs, forming an ideological system of five-tones therapy with five tone health preservation method, five tone emotion regulation method and five tone five zang organs regulation method as the main body. All of these formed the theoretical and practical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine music therapy.
