膏方胶类的选配策略

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展及人们保健意识的提高,膏方的使用日趋增加,在膏方中发挥着独特作用的胶类中药也逐渐受到重视。近年来,关于胶类中药的实验研究日益增多,其配伍也得到了进一步的发展。文章重点介绍阿胶、鹿角胶、龟甲胶、鳖甲胶、黄明胶5种胶类中药在膏方中发挥的作用,并分析探讨胶类中药在膏方中的选择和配伍策略。这将有助于临床更加合理地在膏方中使用胶类中药,更为充分地发挥胶类中药的药用价值。With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's awareness of health care,the use of plaster formulas is increasing.Gelatinous Chinese medicines,which plays a unique role in plaster formulas,has also been paid more and more attention.In recent years,experimental studies on gelatinous Chinese medicines have been increased,and their compatibility have been further developed.In this paper,we focus on the roles of five gelatinous Chinese medicines,namely,ass hide glue,antler glue,tortoise shell glue,turtle carapace glue,and oxhide gelatin,in poultice formulas,and analyze and discuss the selection and preparation strategies of gum herbs in poultice formulas,which will help clinical practice to use gelatinous Chinese medicines more rationally in plaster formulas and bring the medicinal value of gelatinous Chinese medicines into full play.
