摘　　要：脾、肾二脏为先天温养后天、后天补养先天的相互关系,二者相互资助相互促进。基于“肾主骨”理论指导下,探讨“骨肉相亲、脾肾同治”的关系。通过对“脾肾同治”中医理论进行溯源和梳理,阐述“脾肾同治”的临床研究,及调控“骨与肉”发生发展的主要信号通路。强调脾土健运,可促进药物有效成分吸收,增强药物治疗作用,促进骨与软骨愈合。阐明健脾在骨伤科疾病诊治中起到至关重要作用,为骨伤科疾病的中医诊治提供更多思路。The spleen and kidney are the relationship between innate.The two support each other and promote each other.Under the guidance of the theory of‘kidney governing bone',the relationship between bone is closely related to muscle,simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney'is discussed.By tracing and sorting out the theory of‘simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney',the clinical research of‘simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney'and the main signal pathways regulating the occurrence and development of‘bone and muscle'are explained.Emphasis on spleen can promote the absorption of active ingredients of drugs,enhance the therapeutic effect of drugs,and promote the healing of bone and cartilage.It is clarified that strengthening the spleen plays a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases,and provides more ideas for TCM diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases.
