新外来中药绒毛钩藤皮的中药药性研究

摘　　要：目的:绒毛钩藤广泛分布于南美洲及中美洲部分雨林地区,具有抗氧化、抗炎、增强免疫和抑制肿瘤细胞增殖等多种药理活性,通过分析探讨其中药药性,以期增加其药用价值和开发前景。方法:文章通过检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science和Scopus数据库对绒毛钩藤的科学研究文献进行筛选分类,遵循中医药理论,探讨明确绒毛钩藤的药用部位及中药药性。结果:绒毛钩藤以树皮和根皮入药,绒毛钩藤皮的中药药性为性寒,味辛、苦,归肝、肾、脾经。功能主治:祛风湿,止痹痛,清热解毒散结;主治风湿痹痛、关节肿胀、屈伸不利;癌症肿毒,外治热毒炽盛所致的口疮。用法用量:煎服,5~20 g。外用适量。使用注意:孕妇、儿童及肝肾功能损害者慎用。结论:通过研究赋予绒毛钩藤皮中药药性,为其临床应用与中药配伍提供理论依据,从而扩大中药资源。Objective:Uncaria tomentosa(Willd.)DC.is widely distributed in some rain forests of South America and Central America.It has various pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,enhancing immunity and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation.By analyzing and discussing its traditional Chinese medicine properties,it is expected to increase its medicinal value and development prospects.Methods:In this paper,the scientific research literature of Uncaria tomentosa(Willd.)DC.was screened and classified by searching CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science and Scopus databases.The research following the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the medicinal parts and medicinal properties of Uncaria tomentosa(Willd.)DC.were discussed.Results:It was clear that Uncaria tomentosa(Willd.)DC.used the bark and root bark as medicine.The research concluded that the medicinal properties of Uncaria tomentosa(Willd.)DC.bark were:The property and flavor was pungent,bitter,cold and belonging to liver,kidney and spleen.Functions and indications:dispel wind and dampness,alleviate the arthralgia-syndrome,clearing away heat and detoxification;It was used to treat rheumatism arthralgia,joint swelling,unfavorable flexion and extension;cancer swelling and poisoning,external treatment of aphthous sores caused by heat toxins.Usage and dosage:decocted for oral dose,5~20 g.Appropriate amount for external use.Use with caution in pregnant women,children and patients with liver and kidney function impairment.Conclusion:This study explores the traditional Chinese medicinal properties of the bark of Uncaria tomentosa(Willd.)DC.,provide theoretical basis for its clinical application and compatibility of Chinese medicine thereby expanding the resources of Chinese medicine.
