摘  要:目的:研究逆灸胃俞、肾俞对骨质疏松症模型大鼠雌二醇、骨密度与骨小梁形态结构的影响。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机编号,分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、胃俞组与肾俞组5组,每组12只。模型组、胃俞组与肾俞组摘除双侧卵巢,假手术组摘取少许卵巢旁脂肪,空白组不施行手术。每组采用系统抽样法抽取4只大鼠进行造模评价,每组余8只进行相应干预。模型组常规抓取,肾俞组与胃俞组自卵巢摘除第3天起,分别于双侧“肾俞”或“胃俞”穴上方悬灸,每穴20min,每日1次,6次为1个疗程,疗程间休息1d,共治疗12个疗程,空白组与假手术组干预同模型组。双能X线吸收法检测股骨骨密度,Micro-CT检测骨小梁数目、连接密度、分离度、结构模型指数,全自动生化分析仪检测尿钙(Ca)、尿磷(P)、尿肌酐(Cr)水平,ELISA法检测血清雌二醇水平。结果:与空白组和假手术组比较,模型组骨密度、骨小梁数目、骨小梁连接密度、血清雌二醇均显著降低(P<0.05),骨小梁分离度、结构模型指数、尿Ca/Cr、尿P/Cr均显著升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,胃俞组与肾俞组骨密度、血清雌二醇均显著升高(P<0.05),尿Ca/Cr、尿P/Cr均显著降低(P<0.05);肾俞组骨小梁数目、骨小梁连接密度均显著升高(P<0.05),骨小梁分离度、结构模型指数均显著降低(P<0.05)。与胃俞组比较,肾俞组骨密度、骨小梁数目、骨小梁连接度、血清雌二醇均显著升高(P<0.05),骨小梁分离度、结构模型指数、尿Ca/Cr、尿P/Cr均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:逆灸背俞穴能防治骨质疏松症大鼠骨密度降低与骨结构退化,且肾俞穴优于胃俞穴,其原因可能与逆灸肾俞能提升足够雌二醇水平保护骨结构有关。Objective:To study the effects of moxibustion Weishu(BL 21)and Shenshu(BL 23)on estradiol,bone mineral density and bone trabecular morphology in castrated rats.Methods:Sixty SD rats were randomly numbered and divided into 5 groups,blank group,sham operation group,model group,Weishu(BL 21)group and Shenshu(BL 23)group,12 rats in each group.The model group,Weishu(BL 21)group and Shenshu(BL 23)group had bilateral ovaries removed,the sham operation group had a little periovarian fat removed,and the blank group had no operation.Four rats in each group were selected by systematic sampling method for modeling evaluation,and the remaining 8 rats in each group were intervened accordingly.The model group was routine fetching.From the third day of ovarian removal,Shenshu(BL 23)group and Weishu(BL 21)group were treated with moxibustion above Shenshu(BL 23)points or Weishu(BL 21)points on both sides,20 min per point,once a day,6 times for one course of treatment,with a period of rest for 1 day,a total of 12 courses of treatment.The blank group and sham operation group were treated with the same intervention as the model group.Bone mineral density(BMD)of femur was detected by Dual-energy X-ray absorption method,Trabecular number,Connection density,Trabecular separation,and Structure model index were detected by micro-CT,urinary calcium(Ca),urinary phosphorus(P),and urinary creatinine(Cr)were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer,and serum estradiol was detected by ELISA.Results:Compared with blank group and sham operation group,Bone mineral density,Trabecular number,Connection density and serum estradiol were decreased in model group(P<0.05),while Trabecular separation,Structure model index,urinary P/Cr and urinary P/Cr were increased(P<0.05).Compared with model group,Bone mineral density and serum estradiol in Weishu(BL 21)and Shenshu(BL 23)groups were increased(P<0.05),while urinary Ca/Cr and urinary Ca/Cr were decreased(P<0.05);in Shenshu(BL 23)group,Trabecular number and Connection density were increased(P<0.05),while
