摘　　要：中药线香灸是在中医理论的指导下,结合针灸学、壮医药线点灸学以及内、外、妇、儿等多学科知识,以特制中药线香点燃后直接灼灸人体体表一定穴位或发病部位,集透热、扩热、传导热、靶向作用于一体的一种中医外治灸法,具有简、便、廉、验、捷优势。其适应证范围广,疗效确切。文章主要介绍中药线香灸的历史溯源(灯火灸、壮医药线点灸、香灸文化)、理论基础及临床应用(制备和操作方法、主要功效、主治病症、取穴原则、治疗疗程)。Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,Zhuang medicine thread and moxibustion,as well as internal,external,gynecological,and pediatric knowledge,special traditional Chinese medicine incense is ignited and directly burns the body surface of the human body.It is a traditional Chinese medicine external moxibustion method that integrates diathermy,heat expansion,heat conduction and targeting at certain acupoints or diseased parts.It has a wide range of indications,definite curative effect.This article mainly introduces the history of traditional Chinese medicine thread moxibustion(light moxibustion,Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion,and incense moxibustion culture),theoretical basis and clinical application(preparation and operation methods,main effects,main symptoms,acupoint selection principles,and treatment courses).
