摘　　要：毒邪学说源远流长,影响深远,不仅是当代医学研究的热点,亦是疾病病因病机理论的发展与创新。作为致病因素,毒邪可分为外感之毒与内生之毒,其在慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)炎-癌转化进展中发挥着重要作用,是伴随疾病发生、促使病情发展的病理要素。脾胃亏虚贯穿于CAG炎-癌链全程,幽门螺杆菌潜于胃腑,久感不除,可伴瘀毒、浊毒隐匿深藏,促生癌变。因此,根据毒邪性质,结合内镜象及黏膜病理,选择不同方剂及中药加减,运用毒邪学说指导CAG炎-癌链辨证与治疗意义重大。Theory of pathogenic toxin which is steeped in history exerts an influence upon traditional Chinese medicine.It is not only the hot spot of contemporary medical research,but also the development and innovation of the etiology and theory of pathogenesis.Pathogenic toxin can be divided into endogenous toxin and exogenous toxin as causes of diseases,which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic atrophic gastritis.Based on the theory of pathogenic toxin,deficiency of spleen and stomach is a pivotal etiology throughout the stepwise progression from chronic atrophic gastritis to gastric cancer.The inflammation-cancer transformation of chronic atrophic gastritis is mainly related to helicobacter pylori infection,with stasis toxin,and turbidity toxin exacerbating tumorgenesis during gastric precancerous lesions.Therefore,according to the nature of pathogenic toxin,combined with endoscopic images and mucosal pathology,it is of great significance to choose different formula and traditional Chinese medicine to guide the syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis inflammation-cancer chain.
