摘  要:目的:运用总量统计矩和信息熵分析归大肠经和肺经的中药材UPLC指纹图谱特征,探究其“印迹模板”的色谱特征,为中药归经寻找物质提供参考。方法:建立番泻叶、石榴皮、金沸草、诃子、皂荚、罗汉果、胖大海、苦杏仁及紫苏子9味中药材的UPLC指纹图谱,通过计算分析特征和相似度来探究“印迹模板”群。结果:9味药材的指纹图谱匹配峰数为8~145,总量统计一、二阶矩分别为37.76~50.49min、245.30~467.20min^(2);指纹图谱峰数求合值为1008,总量统计矩一、二阶矩平均值分别为43.40min、349.00min^(2);总量统计矩相似度平均值为0.9079,各个单值与其平均值相似区间为[0.8309,0.9878],其中番泻叶的相似度为最高值达0.9878;各信息熵基本都集中在5.1477~9.5937,且在40—50min内平均信息熵较大。结论:归大肠经和肺经各药材化学成分含量差异较大,但其种类及性质的相似度较高,且集中体现的指纹图谱特征与对照品相似,可表征“印迹模板”的色谱“印迹”特征,为研究中药归经寻找物质线索奠定实验基础。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of UPLC fingerprints of Chinese medicinal materials in the large intestine meridian and lung meridian based on the theory of total quantum statistical moments and information entropy,to explore the chromatographic ‘imprint'characteristics of the component ‘imprinting template',which provided a reference for the search for substances of meridian tropism.Methods:The UPLC fingerprints of 9 Chinese medicinal materials such as Senna leaf,Granati Pericarpium,Inulae Herba,Chebulae Fructus,Chinese Honey Locust,Siraitiae Fructus,Sterculiae Lychnophorae Semen,Armeniacae Semen Amarum,Perillae Fructus were established,and the characteristics of the‘imprinting template'group were summarized by calculating and analyzing the overall characteristics and similarity of the fingerprints.Results:The matching peaks of the fingerprints of the 9 Chinese were 8-145,AUCT,MCRTT,and VCRTT were 1008,37.76-50.49 min,and 245.30-467.20 min^(2)respectively.The average value of MCRTT and VCRTT were 43.40 min and 349.00 min^(2)respectively.The average value of the total statistical moment similarity was 0.9079,and the similarity interval between every single value and their average value were[0.8309,0.9878],of which the similarity of Senna Leaf was the highest.In addition,the information entropy of the 9 herbs was concentrated in 5.1477-9.5937,and the average information entropy was larger within 40-50 min.Conclusion:The contents of the chemical constituents of the Chinese medicinal materials belong to large intestine meridian and lung meridian are quite different,but their types and properties are similar.The fingerprints in the concentrated expression are similar to those of the reference substance,which can characterize the ‘imprinting template'of each medicinal material.The characteristic of chromatography ‘imprinting template'lays an experimental foundation for the study of meridian tropism of traditional Chinese Medicine to find material clues.
