摘　　要：目的:建立测定蒙药苏格木勒-3有效部位中咖啡酸、牡荆素、阿魏酸、木犀草素、芹菜素、山柰酚、胡椒碱含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:30℃,波长为343nm,进样量为10μL。结果:蒙药苏格木勒-3有效部位中7种成分咖啡酸、牡荆素、阿魏酸、木犀草素、芹菜素、山柰酚、胡椒碱分别在0.59~2.95(R^(2)≥0.9999)、1.53~7.65(R^(2)≥1.0000)、9.69~48.45(R^(2)≥0.9999)、21.40~107.00(R^(2)≥1.0000)、52.00~520.00(R^(2)≥1.0000)、2.75~13.75(R^(2)≥0.9990)、0.89~4.45μg/mL(R^(2)≥1.0000)范围内线性关系良好。精密度、重现性、稳定性和加样回收率均符合有关规定。结论:所建方法简单、高效、快速、灵敏,可用于蒙药苏格木勒-3有效部位的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for content determination of caffeic acid,ferulic acid,vitexin,luteolin,apigenin,kaempferol and piperine in the effective parts of Mongolian medicine Sugmel-3.Methods:The chromatographic separation was carried out using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with detection wavelength was 343 nm,the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(B)with gradient elution.The analytical column was maintained at 30°C with an injection volume of 10μL and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results:The 7 chemical components caffeic acid,ferulic acid,vitexin,luteolin,apigenin,kaempferol and piperine in effective parts of Mongolian medicine Sugmel-3 were good linear relationships within the range of 0.59~2.95(R^(2)≥0.9999),1.53~7.65(R^(2)≥1.0000),9.69~48.45(R^(2)≥0.9999),21.40~107.00(R^(2)≥1.000),52.00~520.00(R^(2)≥1.0000),2.75~13.75(R^(2)≥0.9990),0.89~4.45μg/mL(R^(2)≥1.0000).The precision,reproducibility,stability and recovery were all in line with relevant regulations.Conclusion:The established method is convenient,quick,high sensitivity and efficiency,can be used for quality control of effective parts of Mongolian medicine Sugmel-3.
