摘　　要：《素问·阴阳应象大论》言:“善诊者,察色按脉,先别阴阳”,人体脏腑盈亏、气血盛衰、阴阳变化均能通过脉象体现出来。肿瘤疾病的发生发展导致体内精气阴阳的变化,其病理改变相应地体现于寸口脉处,脉象亦随之改变。历代医家及现代脉学研究人员经过不断的探索发现,不同部位及处于不同时期的肿瘤均会产生特异性脉象。同时,现代脉学的发展从脉象为实现肿瘤病位诊断提供了方法与依据。脉象客观化研究逐渐成为近年来中医药现代化发展的趋势,基于压力波的脉象图研究已经取得了诸多成果。现有研究表明,脉搏声学信息对于临床多种疾病有较高的诊断性能,从声波角度探析肿瘤患者脉象变化,为早期诊断肿瘤疾病提供辅助手段,值得深入研究。According to Suwen·Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun,those who are good at diagnosis should observe the color and feel the pulse and discern yin and yang first'.The full and loss of human viscera,the ups and downs of qi and blood,and the changes of yin and yang can all be reflected through pulse.The occurrence and development of tumor diseases lead to the changes of yin and yang of vital qi in the body,and the pathological changes are correspondingly reflected in the Cunkou pulse.Through continuous exploration by ancient doctors and modern pulse researchers,it has been found that tumors in different parts and different periods will produce specific pulse patterns.At the same time,the development of modern pulse provides the method and basis for the realization of tumor site diagnosis from pulse image.In recent years,the objectivity research of pulse has gradually become the trend of the modernization of Chinese medicine,and many achievements have been made in the study of pulse pattern based on pressure wave.Existing studies have shown that pulse acoustic information has a high diagnostic performance for a variety of clinical diseases.The pulse changes of tumor patients are analyzed from the perspective of acoustic waves to provide an auxiliary means for the early diagnosis of tumor diseases,which is worthy of further study.
