摘　　要：源于《四部医典》等藏医古籍中的药理学内容存在语句集中、内容深奥、某些部分隐秘等问题,从表面来看无法理解其深层内容。故笔者通过查阅藏医诸多古籍药理学的内容,解析其深层内容,用普遍简易的方法描述其内容,为藏医药理学提供理论依据。以查阅广泛的古籍资料及多年的临床经验,现实中搜寻线索的方法来深入解析药理学的难点及深层含义。解释了药味及化味含义,药物功效内容药味功效及本质功效,三因素的特性及药物对疾病的作用机制。发现药味、化味、本质功效、有机组合进行配方。三者同一的药物由药味来发挥作用,三者矛盾的药物依次要注重后者,按照后者的功效针对疾病配制即可。The pharmacological contents derived from the Four-Tantra of Tibetan Medicine,exist the content too profound and deep so that uneasy to reveal the actual meaning just from the superficial descriptions.This author attempts to reveal these in-depth pharmacological points through wide reading of ancient scripts in order to provide a rational understanding.To read a wide range of ancient scripts and also using many years of personal clinical experience,also through rational inference to study the formation of underlying pharmacological epistemology.Revealing the meaning of drug taste,post-digestive potency,potency,two powers and seven-teen characteristics of medicine in relation to the feature of diseases.The formula is formulated through the combination of taste,post-digestive potency,potency,two powers and seven-teen characteristics of medicine.When they stay in the same therapeutic function,the taste take and important role,when they contradict,later points are seem to be more significance in showingthemedicinal function.
