茯山藤米茶干预结直肠腺瘤患者体质的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察茯山藤米茶预防结直肠腺瘤(CRA)术后复发及干预CRA术后患者体质的临床疗效。方法:收集于中国中医科学院广安门医院内镜中心行CRA切除的患者124例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。入组患者均接受生活饮食指导,治疗组配合茯山藤米茶内服,治疗12个月。以《中医体质分类与判定》为标准观察治疗前后CRA患者体质变化情况。结果:治疗组患者CRA年复发率为33.93%(19/56)显著低于对照组的61.82%(34/55)(P<0.01)。治疗组较对照组,非平和质、阳虚质、痰湿质、湿热质分布好转(P<0.05),平和质、气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质转化分改善(P<0.05),非平和质转化率高(P<0.01)。两组患者安全性指标均未见异常。结论:茯山藤米茶可调节气虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、阳虚质CRA术后患者主要偏颇体质,预防CRA术后复发。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fushan Tengmi Tea in preventing recurrence after colorectal adenoma(CRA)and in intervening in the constitution of CRA patients.Methods:A total of 124 patients who underwent CRA resection in the endoscopic center of Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All the patients received life and diet guidance,and the treatment group took Fushan Tengmi Tea internally for 12 months.The constitution changes of CRA patients before and after treatment were observed according to the Constitution Classification and Determination of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results:The annual recurrence rate of CRA in the treatment group[33.93%(19/56)]was significantly lower than that in the control group[61.82%(34/55)](P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the distributions of nobalanced constitution,yang-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,and dampness-heat constitution were improved(P<0.05),and the conversions of balanced constitution,qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,and dampness-heat constitution were improved in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the conversion rate of balanced constitution was higher(P<0.01).There were no abnormal safety indexes in the two groups.Conclusion:Fushan Tengmi Tea can regulate the main biased constitution of patients after CRA resection,such as qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,dampness-heat constitution,yang-deficiency constitution and so on,and prevent recurrence afterCRAresection.
