摘　　要：目的:探讨滋阴补阳方序贯法联合促排卵治疗肾虚型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的72例PCOS不孕症患者随机分为对照组(促排卵组)及治疗组(滋阴补阳方序贯法联合促排卵组),每组36例。观察对照组及治疗组干预前后中医证候评分的变化,比较两组人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)使用支数、诱发排卵天数、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日子宫内膜厚度、HCG日≥18 mm卵泡个数、排卵率、生化妊娠率、周期妊娠率、临床妊娠率及早期流产率。结果:治疗组经治疗后,中医证候评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01);治疗组HMG周期使用支数显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组HCG日子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠率均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:滋阴补阳方序贯法联合促排卵可提高临床妊娠率,为临床治疗提供了新的思路与方法。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of sequential method of Ziyin Buyang Formula combined with ovulation induction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients with kidney deficiency symptom.Methods:A total of 72 PCOS patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(ovulation induction group)and treatment group(sequential method of Ziyin Buyang Formula combined with ovulation induction group),36 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,the number of HMG used,ovulation induction days,endometrial thickness on HCG day,number of follicles≥18 mm on HCG day,ovulation rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,cycle pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with levels before treatment(P<0.01),the number of HMG used in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness and clinical pregnancy rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Sequential method of Ziyin Buyang Formula combined with ovulation induction can increase the clinical pregnancy rate,which provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment.
