摘 要:应用BIM技术进行建设工程项目的规范自动化审查和审批,一直是学术界、工业界乃至政府层面共同关注的热点问题,这一领域的理论和研究对指导国内建设项目BIM审批平台的发展至关重要。本文对新加坡、韩国和美国的建设项目BIM合规性审查实践进行了研究与梳理,明确了基于BIM的建设项目合规性审查面临的主要挑战包括标准规范语义转译、全生命周期视角下BIM模型质量管控、统一标准的数据集成管理三个方面。通过借鉴国际先进经验,为我国建设项目BIM审批平台创新发展提出了思考和建议。The application of BIM in the automatic examination and approval of construction projects has always been a hot issue at the level of academia,industry and even government,research in this field is very important to guide the development of approval platform based on BIM for construction projects.This paper reviews the practice of BIM compliance review of construction projects in Singapore,South Korea,and the United States,and identifies the main challenges faced by BIM-based automatic compliance checking,including the rule interpretation,the quality control of BIM from the whole life cycle,and the data integration management of the unified standard.By learning the international advanced experience,some suggestions were provided for the innovation of approval platform based on BIM for construction projects in our country.
