核酸检测试剂盒塑料激光焊接结构及工艺研究

摘　　要：为解决核酸检测试剂盒激光焊接漏液问题,该研究通过激光焊接轨迹、焊接次序、焊接功率、焊接速度及工件定位方式调整及上层核酸检测试剂盒盖焊接槽结构、下层核酸检测试剂盒焊接筋结构的设计和改进,采取梯形焊接筋配合焊接槽结构组合,使用单圈多轨迹激光路径、调整不同内外圈焊接次序、焊接功率和焊接速度控制焊接温度,增大激光覆盖面积,克服装配系统性误差,在不改变激光器对焦焦距的前提下降低激光器使用功率增加激光器寿命。通过试验得出,当色母添加比例为1%,激光焊接功率为50 W,激光焊接速度为1000 mm/s,焊接圈数为3,激光光斑直径为0.8 mm时,漏液比例达到最低的0,焊缝剪切强度最高,为37 MPa,且焊缝清洁无烟尘,焊缝内部无气孔的存在,此时焊缝剪切强度最高,焊接漏液率小于万分之一。In order to solve the problem of laser welding leakage of nucleic acid detection kit,in this study,through the adjustment of laser welding trajectory,welding sequence,welding power,welding speed and workpiece positioning mode,and the design and improvement of the welding groove structure of the upper nucleic acid detection kit cover and the lower nucleic acid detection kit,the trapezoidal welding rib is combined with the welding groove structure.Using single circle and multi-track laser path,adjusting different welding sequence of inner and outer ring,welding power and welding speed to control welding temperature,increasing laser coverage area to overcome assembly systematic error,reducing laser power and increasing laser life without changing laser focal length.The experimental results show that when the addition ratio of color masterbatch is 1%,the laser welding power is 50 W,the laser welding speed is 1000 mm/s,the welding circle number is 3,and the laser spot diameter is 0.8 mm,the liquid leakage ratio is the lowest,the shear strength of the weld is the highest,which is 37 MPa,and the weld is clean and free of smoke,and there are no pores inside the weld,and the shear strength of the weld is the highest,and the welding leakage rate is less than 1/10000.
