摘  要:在电网运行过程中,高压并联电容器进行开关投切时存在较高的重击穿风险。一旦发生重击穿现象,高压线路中的电压与电流上浮过大,形成较高的合闸涌流或是合闸过电压,进而导致电气设备的损坏,甚至是牵连到电力系统的运行安全。该文首先对高压并联电容器投切开关重击穿产生的原因进行分析,然后针对电容器投切开关重击穿产生的原因,提出安装预充电装置与涌流抑制器的抑制解决方案,并通过关键电力参数的优化设计,在电容器合闸之前利用预充电装置或是涌流抑制器,以此消减合闸电流,抑制分闸过电压,实现对重击穿的防治。In the process of power grid operation,there is a high risk of re-breakdown when high voltage shunt capacitors are switched on and off.Once the re-breakdown phenomenon occurs,the voltage and current in the high-voltage line float too much,forming a higher closing inrush or closing overvoltage,which easily leads to the damage of electrical equipment,and even related to the operation safety of the power system.This paper first analyzes the causes of the re-breakdown of the switching of the high voltage shunt capacitor,therefore,aiming at the causes of the re-breakdown of the capacitor switching,this paper adopts the suppression solution of installing the precharging device and the inrush suppressor,and through the optimal design of the key power parameters,before the capacitor is turned on,the precharging device or inrush suppressor is used to reduce the closing current,restrain the switching overvoltage and realize the prevention and control of re-breakdown.
