摘  要:PASCO实时测量采集系统在大学物理实验中有广泛的应用。通过PASCO实时测量采集系统测量了激光照射在单细丝及双细丝的衍射光强分布情况。通过测量不同直径的单细丝的衍射光强分布,得到细丝直径与衍射条纹间距之间的图像规律,并拟合得到细丝直径测量的标准测量公式,实现较高精度测量。同时,研究不同直径细丝组成的双细丝的干涉衍射光强分布,得到细丝直径差异对衍射光强分布的影响,实现快捷的细丝线径比较。测量方案能够实现快速、便捷且无损地对毫米量级的细丝直径进行非接触式测量,具有一定的应用价值。PASCO real-time measurement & collection system was wildly used in college physics experiment. In this paper, the intensity distributions of single or double fine wire diffraction were obtained by PASCO system. The measurement formula for fine wire’s radius was obtained based on influence of radius of single fine wire on diffraction intensity was studied, which can realize high precision measurement. Meanwhile, the diffraction intensity distributions of double fine wire consisted by two different radius fine wires were analysis, the effect of the different of radius on intensity distribution was obtained, which is help for the compare of the different of fine wire’s radius. The measuring scheme used in this paper can realize the non-contact measurement of radius of fine wire in millimeter scale quickly, conveniently and non-destructively.
