摘  要:高校创新人才培养模式,最大限度挖掘大学生的创新思想、创新能力、创新人格和创新精神,达到培养和造就创新人才的目的。实施多维平台建设,有机整合“创新精神”平台、“培养目标”平台、“实践体系”平台、“考评体系”平台,面向全体学生,构建多角度、多层面的实践平台,旨在培养和提高大学生创新能力,实现高校和学生共赢。创新平台包括创新精神、培养目标、实践体系和考评体系建设,并提供了各平台建设的保障措施,实现了专业培养目标和学生创新能力的提高。Training mode of innovative talents in colleges and universities, excavating university students’ innovative thinking, innovation ability, innovative personality and innovative spirit to the maximum extent, so as to achieve the purpose of culture and cultivating talents. This paper proposes the construction of multi-dimensional platform, organic integration of “innovation spirit” platform, “ training objective” platform, “practice system” platform, and “assessment system” platform, facing all students, we have built a multi-angle and multi-level practice platform, aiming at cultivating and improving the innovative ability of college students and achieving win-win results for universities and students. The innovation platform includes the construction of innovation spirit, training objectives, practice system and evaluation system, and provides guarantee measures for the construction of each platform, has realized the improvement of professional training objectives and students’ innovation ability.
