摘  要:国外某大型天然气增压工程,针对项目工期紧投产任务重的特点,将成撬工作进行拆分,成橇商只负责部分设备及配套设施采购和工厂成橇工作,总包负责采购发动机、空冷器、橇间管线等部分。在未进行整机试验的情况下,针对大型往复式压缩机组容易出现的振动问题,通过设计阶段的扭振分析及脉动分析优化成撬设计,有效地控制机组本体振动。同时在试运阶段,基于机组实际运行效果优化橇内布局,改善了局部位置的振动过大及操作不便的问题,保证机组平稳运行的同时大大提高了用户满意度。During the implementation of a large-scale natural gas pressurization project abroad, considering the heavy task and tight schedule of the project, the skid work is split.The skid manufacturer is only responsible for the procurement of some equipment and supporting facilities and the factory skid work.The general contractor is responsible for the procurement of engines, air coolers, and inter-skid pipelines.Without the complete unit test, the project team optimized the skid design through torsional vibration and pulsation analysis in the design stage for the vibration problems that are prone to large-scale reciprocating compressor units.The vibration of the unit body is controlled within manual standard.At the same time, in the commissioning stage, the layout of the skid was optimized based on the operation, which improved the problems of vibration and inconvenient operation, and ensured the smooth operation of the unit with a great user satisfaction.
