摘　　要：分析了RIKT主空压机在运行与维护中出现的一些问题,并提出解决措施,包括:启动过程中入口径向轴承振动2.85倍倍增调整,一级叶轮16倍基频频率异常分析,运行状态监测和异常轴位移调控,内置级间冷却器的优化改进。此外,还介绍了RIKT主空压机运维中要定期进行状态监测与分析,优化换热器趋近温差,油中微量水在线实时监控,年度定期维保等管理经验。In the paper, the operation and maintenance issues of main air compressor RIKT were investigated, and counter measures were proposed, including the vibration ratio of radial bearing at suction side during the start-up was increased to 2.85 times, analysis of the abnormal 16 times base frequency of the first stage impeller′s spectrum, operation status monitoring and shaft displacement control, optimization and improvement of the internal inter-stages cooler bundles.Furthermore, the paper introduced the management experience of RIKT main air compressor during the operation and maintenance, including status monitoring and analysis on regular basis, optimization of the approaching temperature of the cooler bundles, online monitor of water content in lube oil, annual maintenance and etc.
