摘 要:针对煤泥中细粒含量和灰分高的问题,以山西朔州矿区煤泥为研究对象,基于煤泥粒度分析、密度分析,并通过分步释放浮选试验和药剂制度试验,对该煤泥进行了提质利用研究。试验结果表明:煤泥中<0.045mm粒级占14.48%,灰分为42.40%;>1.8g/cm^(3)密度级含量最高,为44.06%,且灰分也最高,为67.25%;通过药剂制度试验发现,当药剂用量增加至2000g/t(捕收剂用量为1500g/t,起泡剂用量为500g/t)时,尾煤灰分可提至83.03%,一次浮选精煤灰分在16%~18%之间。对于该煤泥,建议采用精选工艺来达到降灰提质的目的。The fine coal in Shuozhou Mining Area is high in ash for its high content of fine slime.To ad-dress this problem,the fine coal in the mining area is taken as the object of study.Both tests on timed-release flotation and reagent regime are conducted along with size and density analysis,with an aim to provide a basis for upgrading and utilization of the fine coal.Test result shows that the proportion of the<0.045 mm size in the fine coal makes up 14.48%and has an ash of 42.40%while the>1.8 g/cm^(3) density fractions accounts for 44.06% with a highest ash level of up to 67.25%;as indicated by test on agent regime,when the dosage of agents is increased to 2000 g/t(collector:1500 g/t;frother:500 g/t),the ash of flotation tailings can be increased to 83.03%;and the ash of the concentrate prod-uct obtained through primary flotation process lies in a range of 16%~18%.It is recommended to treat the fine coal with cleaning process for achieving a better upgrading and ash reduction result.
