摘  要:为了提高磁选机的分选效果,在分析磁选机分选原理的基础上,运用计算机软件对磁选机磁系进行仿真及优化。结果表明:减小磁极间隙及在选别区主磁极增加钕铁硼强磁条能大幅增加磁系的磁场强度及比磁力,可使磁场作用深度增加约7~8mm,处理量增加约21%。磁选机磁系的仿真及优化为高效磁选机的开发提供了有益参考。For enabling the magnetic separator to attain a higher recovery efficiency,following an analysis of the working principle of the separator,the simulation is made of the separator's magnetic system using computer software for its optimization.Result of simulation shows that reduction of the gap between mag-netic poles and addition of neodymium-iron-boron(NdFeB)high-intensity magnetic strips at the main poles in the separation area can lead to significant increase of the magnetic field intensity and specific magnetic force,an increase of magnetic field action depth by 7~8 mm and a rise of the separator's trea-ting capacity by around 21%.The study provides a useful reference for the development of high-efficien-cy magnetic separator.
