摘 要:针对入选多煤矿原煤生产波动大的问题,代池坝选煤厂对各矿原煤煤质进行了分析,基于等边界灰分分选理论对轮流单独洗选和混合洗选方案进行了对比分析。理论计算及生产实践表明:相比轮流单独洗选,混合洗选提高了精煤产率,简化了生产流程,减小了生产系统波动,提高了企业经济效益。As the raw coal treated by Daichiba Plant comes from several mines,the washing system is caused to fluctuate in effects.To deal with the situation,work is made on analysis of the property of the raw coal from each mine and on comparative analysis of the alternate and mixed coal washing schemes based on the equal cut-point ash separation theory.As shown by theoretical calculation and practice,the use of the mixed coal washing scheme can lead to increase of yield of clean coal,simplification of washing process,less fluctuation of washing effects,and improvement of economic performance.
