摘 要:以FPGA为主控芯片,开发了一种多采样率混合编帧数据采集技术。重点介绍了A/D转换电路的设计。针对多采样率模拟量通道切换的问题,设计了多级模拟信号通道选择拓扑结构。针对速变信号和缓变信号设计了帧结构表,有效地解决了多采样率下复杂信号的采集输入问题。通过试验,验证了该数据采集技术具有多通道、精度高、可以适应不同采样率传感器等优点。使用该技术的采编器经过了多次高低温和振动试验,性能稳定可靠,目前已经应用在某飞行器的大型地面试验中。FPGA is used as the main control chip to develop a multi-sampling rate hybrid framing data acquisition technology.The design of A/D conversion circuit is improduced.Targeting at the channel switching issue of multi-sampling rate analog signals,a channel switching to pology for multi-level analog signals is designed.Frame structure table is designed for fast-changing and slow-changing signals,which effectively solves the problem of the collection and input of complex signals at multiple sampling rates.Through experiments,it is verified that the data acquisition technology has the advantages of multiple channels,high precision,and being able to adapt to sensors with different sampling rates.The signal conditioner using this technology has undergone many high and low temperature and vibration tests,and its performance is stable and reliable.It has been used in the large-scale ground test of an aircraft.
