摘  要:设计并制作了一种新型自发自收式双频超声换能器,其由高频压电片、中间层、低频压电片和背衬层所组成,可激发高频超声纵波,并同时接收高频超声纵波的基波分量和相应的静态分量。在聚苯硫醚和硅橡胶样品中分别对试制的自发自收式双频超声换能器进行了超声实验研究。实验结果表明,所设计的双频超声换能器,能有效地激发高频超声纵波,并实现对高频超声纵波的基波分量和静态分量的同时接收。特别地,当高频超声纵波信号在高声衰减材料中被完全衰减时,仍可实现对超声静态分量的有效接收。A novel pulse-echo dual-frequency ultrasonic transducer is designed and fabricated,which is composed of high-frequency piezoelectric wafer,intermediate layer,low-frequency piezoelectric wafer,and backing layer.It can excite a high-frequency ultrasonic longitudinal wave and receive the fundamental wave component and the corresponding static component of the high-frequency ultrasonic longitudinal wave simultaneously.Ultrasonic experiments are carried out in polyphenylene sulfide and silicone rubber blocks with different acoustic attenuation features using the dual-frequency ultrasonic transducer.The experimental results show that the designed dual-frequency ultrasonic transducer can effectively excite the high-frequency ultrasonic longitudinal wave and realize the simultaneous reception of its fundamental and static components.In particular,when the high-frequency ultrasonic longitudinal wave signal is completely attenuated in high attenuating materials,the corresponding static component can still be effectively received.
