摘　　要：本文结合现代货币理论中的“债务说”,从债的产生和履行环节总结并分析广义上的货币基本类型,包括最终对价货币、商业债务凭证、金融债务凭证、拟制型货币,探讨拟制型货币、金融债务凭证、与拟制型货币相似的其他类型货币发行权配置的一般路径,在此基础上分析数字货币发行权配置的具体优化路径,以期为数字货币发行权的配置研究提供参考。Combining the“debt theory” in modern monetary theory,this paper summarizes and analyzes the basic types of currency in a broad sense from the aspects of generation and performance of debts,including final-consideration currency,commercial debt certificate,financial debt certificate,and fictitious-type currency,and researches the general path of the issuing powers allocation of financial debt certificate,fictitious-type currency,and other types of currency similar to ficti-tious-type currency.On this basis,this paper analyzes the specific optimization path of the distribution of digital currency issuing powers with a view to providing reference for the research on the distribution of digital currency issuing powers.
