城乡公共文化服务数字化发展中的信息鸿沟及其弥合--基于S市D区的实证分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]弥合城乡公共文化服务数字化发展中的信息鸿沟,既是实现公共文化服务均等化的关键,也是推进数字乡村建设的必然要求。[方法/过程]通过问卷调查、比较分析等方法对S市D区城乡公共文化服务数字化发展中的信息鸿沟现状进行研究。[结果/结论]S市D区乡村地区公共文化服务数字化发展在“接入沟”“意识沟”“环境沟”与“能力沟”等方面与S市D区城市地区存在明显的信息化差距。须从完善乡村地区数字化基础设施和平台、保障乡村公共文化服务数字化发展的经济要求、全面提升乡村居民的数字化意识与技能、增强基层公务人员的公共文化服务数字化治理能力等方面来弥合。[Purpose/Significance]Bridging the information gap in the digital development of urban and rural public cultural services is not only the key to achieving the equalization of public cultural services,but also the inevi-table requirement for promoting the construction of digital villages.[Method/Process]Through questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,this paper studied the current situation of the information gap in the digital development of urban and rural public cultural services in D District of S City.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that the dig-ital development of public cultural services in rural areas of D District of S City has a significant informatization gap with that in urban areas in terms of"access gap","awareness gap","environment gap"and"capacity gap".It is necessary to improve the digital infrastructure and platform in rural areas,ensure the economic requirements for the digital development of rural public cultural services,comprehensively enhance the digital awareness and skills of rural residents,and enhance the digital governance capacity of public cultural services of grass-roots public servants.
