摘 要:为推动清洁能源技术在公路领域的应用,促进交通与能源融合发展,采用专利计量方法,基于采集自智慧芽全球专利数据库的2012—2021十年间公路光伏发电专利数据,首先分析公路光伏发电领域技术发展趋势、专利布局、技术热点和核心专利。进而根据专利技术热点分布地图,分析光伏公路边坡、光伏声屏障、光伏路面、光伏公路廊道、光伏停车棚、光伏充电站等太阳能光伏在公路领域的应用场景及关键技术。最后,结合我国公路光伏发电应用成果,分析目前存在的主要问题,从完善顶层设计、加强关键技术研发和专利布局、建立健全标准规范体系、因地制宜示范推广、完善市场机制等方面提出推动我国公路光伏发电技术发展的政策建议。In order to promote the application of clean energy technology in highway and promote the integrated development of transportation and energy,the patentometrics method was adopted.Based on the road photovoltaic power generation patent data from PatSnap Global Patent Database from 2012 to 2021,the technical development trend,patent layout,technology hotspot and core patents in the field of road photovoltaic power generation were firstly studied.Then,according to the distribution map of patent technology hotspots,the key technologies and application scenarios of solar photovoltaic application in the road field,such as photovoltaic road slope,photovoltaic noise barrier,photovoltaic pavement,photovoltaic road canopy,photovoltaic parking canopy,photovoltaic charging station,were analyzed.Finally,combined with the application results of road photovoltaic power generation in China,the main problems were analyzed,and the policy suggestions to promote the development of road photovoltaic power generation technology in China were put forward from the aspects of improving top-level design,strengthening key technology research and patent layout,establishing and improving the standard specification system,demonstrating and promoting according to local conditions,and improving the market mechanism.
