基于POI数据与邻避效应的惠州市塑料垃圾处理场布局优化研究

摘　　要：基于邻避效应与地图兴趣点(Point of Interest,POI),采用问卷调查法、熵权法、核密度分析和空间分析等方法分析惠州市现有的垃圾处理场的布局。结果显示:惠州市现有垃圾处理场的人流、社会、自然等3类邻避因子对附近(3 km以内)居民的影响程度比值分别为0.639 30、0.151 714、0.208 976;惠州市的垃圾处理场选址分布较为合适,但也尚存优化空间;综合邻避效应、垃圾转运效率等方面的因素,对现有垃圾处理场位置进行优化,达到最小化邻避效应的目的,但垃圾转运成本略有提高。该研究可为垃圾处理场位置的分析研究及塑料垃圾处理场的选址优化提供参考依据。There is a large amount of plastic waste environmental leakage along the coast of the South China Sea in China. Improving the layout of infrastructure such as waste disposal sites is of great significance to the prevention and control of plastic waste into the sea.Based on the neighborhood effect and POI data,questionnaire survey,entropy weight method,nuclear density analysis,spatial analysis and other methods are used to analyze the layout of existing waste disposal sites in Huizhou. The results show that:The acceptability of the residents near the existing waste disposal site(within 3km)in Huizhou city to the three types of avoidance factors of human flow,society and nature is 0.639 30,0.151 714 and 0.208 976 respectively;It is found that the distribution of waste disposal sites in Huizhou is more appropriate,but there is still room for optimization;The location of the existing waste disposal site was optimized to minimize the neighbor effect by integrating the factors such as the neighbor effect and waste transfer efficiency,but the waste transfer cost was slightly increased. The analysis and research on the location of existing garbage disposal sites serve a reference for the optimization of the location of plastic garbage disposal sites.
