摘　　要：主观视觉垂直线检测是评估耳石器功能和重力感知中枢通路的有效技术,具有无创、刺激小、易操作的特点。目前国内此类研究较少,本文从主观视觉垂直线检测的概念、测量原理及方法、影响因素、临床应用和优缺点几个方面进行综述。Subjective visual vertical test is considered as an effective technique to evaluate otolith organ function and central pathway of gravity perception.This test is non-invasive,easy to operate and has little stimulation.At present,there are few such studies in China.This paper reviews the concept,measurement principle and method,influencing factors,application,advantages and disadvantages of subjective visual vertical test.
