摘 要:采用燃烧法,以柠檬酸为助燃剂,在一定温度下反应4 h,成功制备Li_(2)Y_(4-x)Eu_(x)(MoO_(4))_(7)(x=0.2,4.0)红色发光材料;探讨煅烧温度和柠檬酸与产物总金属阳离子的摩尔比(C∶M值范围为1∶1~5∶1)对样品发光性能的影响,并对其结构和发光性能进行测试分析.结果表明,当煅烧温度为750℃,C∶M=2∶1时样品的发光性能最好.Li_(2)Eu_(4)(MoO_(4))_(7)样品分别能被395 nm近紫外光和465 nm蓝光有效激发,于615 nm处发出明亮红光,表明该样品能够有效用于近紫外光和蓝光激发的白光LED用红色荧光粉.A series of phosphors Li_(2)Y_(4-x)Eux(MoO_(4))_(7)(x=0.2,4.0)were synthesized by a combustion method.The structure and luminescent properties were investigated by XRD and fluorescence spectrometer.The combustion temperature as well as the mass ratio of citric acid and total metal cations were discussed.The results show that sintered temperature is 750℃and C∶M=2∶1,the luminescence intensity of Li_(2)Y_(3.8)Eu_(0.2)(MoO_(4))_(7)is strongest.Li_(2)Eu_(4)(MoO_(4))_(7)sample can be excited by near-UV light at 395 nm and blue light at 465 nm,and then emit red light at 615 nm,indicating that this phosphor could be effectively used as red phosphor for white-LED which can be excited by near UV light and blue light.
