福建南靖土楼空间分布及环境适宜性评价

摘　　要：以福建南靖土楼为例,运用核密度、流域水系空间、路网可达性和土地利用程度,对南靖土楼的分布点进行村落空间分布特征分析,基于地形起伏度、植被指数、温湿指数和水文指数构建人居环境指数模型,对南靖土楼的人居环境适宜性进行评价.结果表明:村落高度密集的区域主要在船场镇、南坑镇及和溪镇,而大量南靖土楼坐落在梅林和书洋两个镇;人居环境可划分为一般、较高和高度适宜区3个级别,其面积占比分别为34.59%、48.25%和17.16%,南靖土楼在这3个区域的占比分别是57.69%、39.74%和2.56%;村落主要分布在较高适宜区,而南靖土楼主要分布在一般适宜区;村落高密度区域的分布接近水系,而土楼的定居点更多偏向山区市级二区道路.Taking Nanjing Tulou(tamped earth circular building in Nanjing County, Fujian Province) as an example, the spatial distribution characteristics of the village were analyzed in terms of nuclear density, watershed water system space, road network accessibility and land use degree;and a habitat index model was constructed based on topographic relief, vegetation index, temperature and humidity index and hydrological index to evaluate the habitat suitability. The results show that the areas with a high density of villages are mainly in Funachan Town, Nankeng Town and Hexi Town, while a large number of Nanjing Tulou are located in the towns of Meilin and Shuyang;the habitat environment can be divided into three levels: average, high and highly suitable, with the area share of 34.59%, 48.25% and 17.16% respectively, and the share of Nanjing Tulou in these three areas is 57.69%, 39.74% and 2.56% respectively. The distribution of villages is mainly in higher suitability areas, while Nanjing Tulou is mainly distributed in general suitability areas;the distribution of highdensity areas of villages is close to water systems, while the settlements of Tulou are more located towards mountainous areas along the level 2 municipal roads.
